3. Studying the procedures and means that can be used to rationalize the population trends in a way that achieves the interest of society and the family.
4. Suggesting methods of awareness campaigns in the field of the council’s work through health education centers and training leaders who are entrusted with health awareness affairs in all units.
5. Suggesting means of publicity for family planning and producing cinematic and television films that show the importance of family planning and methods of organization.
